Coach's Corner

What we did well, and what we need to improve on.

Since we haven't had our first meet, I don't have much to say. 

INJURIES

If you feel post muscle soreness, make sure that you ICE the area.  Don't forget "No more than 20 minutes and No less than 15 minutes".  Icing the area can decrease swelling and reduce some pain.

REMINDERS

1.  Uniform are $30.00 and the money is due ASAP.
2.  Don't forget to SELL SHIRTS!
